ACL Duct Manufacture Auto-line I

There are five types of duct manufacture auto-line: Automatic duct manufacture cutting line I, Automatic duct manufacture line II, Automatic duct manufacture line III, C.S. Automatic duct manufacture line IV and Automatic duct manufacture line V.
 
ACL duct manufacture automatic line processes metal with a thickness from 0.4 to 1.2mm. The width depends on the customer's requirement during manufacture. The frame can set uncoiled steel plate of different thickness, especially being suitable for duct manufacture. ACL has developed special software for manufacturing duct to meet the market's need.
 
The operation system works in Windows. Both in English and Chinese which can be changed with ease. The software is very easy to understand and operate, only by pushing several buttons, so it is simple to understand and program the machine. It won the first prize of technology from the Chinese Installation Association. The details of manufacture process can be seen below.
 
Auto-line I consists of a metal feeding frame, levelling and grooving equipment, power cutting machine or hydraulic cutting machine. The operation system is controlled by computer. The maximum working speed of manufacture line is 10m/min. The length tolerance is ± 0.5mm, diagonal line tolerance is ± 0.8mm. The feeding frame can be set as per customer's requirement. The duct manufacture line can automatically cut metal according to customer's requirement. So the metal sheet and the labor can be drastically reduced. ACL duct manufacture line is offered at a good price. The Auto-line which includes Pitsburgh lock machine, folder machine is highly efficient.
